Players who are actively logged in are eligible for exclusive offers not available to the public — including daily cashback, reload bonuses, weekly surprise rewards, and flash deals updated daily in your account dashboard.
Manage all your financial transactions directly from within your account after logging in. Deposits via FPX, Touch 'n Go, DuitNow QR, or crypto wallets are credited within seconds. Withdrawals are processed within 5 to 15 minutes for most supported payment methods.
The 1b9 account dashboard displays a complete record of all games you have played, total wins, deposit and withdrawal transactions, and your VIP level progress — all neatly organized and easy to understand on one screen.
Every time you log in and play, loyalty points accumulate automatically. These points can be redeemed for game credits, special rewards, or to upgrade to a higher VIP tier — with perks such as higher withdrawal limits and personalised support.
Download the 1b9 app for iOS or Android and log in anytime from anywhere. The app supports biometric login — fingerprint or facial recognition — for faster and more secure access without typing your password every time.
Your account security is 1b9's top priority. Our platform uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all login activity and transactions. That said, you also play a role in keeping your account safe at all times.
Choose a password containing at least 8 characters with a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special symbols. Avoid using your date of birth or your own name as a password.
2FA adds a second layer of security to your account. Every new login requires an OTP code sent to your registered phone number — ensuring only you can access your account even if your password is compromised.
Try to avoid logging in to your 1b9 account over public Wi-Fi without VPN protection. Public networks can be easily intercepted by malicious parties who may steal your login credentials.
Especially when using a shared device, make sure you log out fully after every session. 1b9 also features automatic logout after a period of inactivity for added security.
